Thornbury Home Health collects only the information needed to arrange care: your name, contact details, and what you tell us about your situation. Form submissions go directly to our care team and are never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers.
Health details shared during assessments are protected under applicable health-privacy law and accessed only by the caregivers, nurses, and coordinators involved in your plan. You may request a copy or deletion of your information at any time by emailing hello@thornburyhomehealth.com.
Our newsletter is opt-in only. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops all marketing messages while keeping your care communications intact.
Terms of service
Care plans renew monthly and may be paused, upgraded, or cancelled with 14 days notice. A free nurse assessment precedes every plan so care matches real needs. Visits are delivered by background-checked, supervised staff; schedules are confirmed the evening before each visit.
Online enrollment creates a plan request, not a medical guarantee: if our nurses determine a different level of care is safer, we will recommend it before billing begins. Payments are processed securely through our checkout provider; Thornbury never stores card numbers.
